hi,I'm currently on a low carb diet and I hate it. I do like eating healthy but I find myself wanting at least one day a week cheat day to eat food maybe just a meal of pizza etc I like to avoid binging later. Today I have felt weak and I don't know how I can see results without feeling exhasted or annoyed.1.What diets are effective? 2. is low carb really necessary if I'm eating an unhealthy cheese salad? I am beginning to take this fat burner and I am confused as to how to take the daily dosage. The bottle reads 3 pills with a full glass of water. How to kick start weight loss again?
I've been on a weight loss diet for five weeks now, 1200 calories per day which is what myfitnesspal recommends for my goal lifestyle etc . I've lost 14lbs so far, but now my weight loss seems to have stalled this week. Any tips to help kick start it again, and to keep motivation up? I'm an at home mum with a 3yr old and a 12yr old, so going to a gym is not really an option.Guardian I realise I won't keep up the high weight loss I had initially I lost 9lbs in the first 2 weeks and I am genuinely aiming only for 1 or 2 lbs per week. I am not a new comer to weight loss, and I understand what is healthy and what is not. It is just when I lose nothing at all despite having stuck rigidly to my plan, that I feel a little disheartened. As long as I'm losing something every week I am happy and find it easy to stay motivated.

I am 5'6 and 155 pounds, and when ever I see a mirror pictures try on clothes I want to cry. I took it the first day, and wanted to throw up. The next day the same, but the one after, I had major anxiety, my eye sight was so weird, I felt light headed, my throat felt blocked hurt a lot, and I felt like I was in a dream. I really want to lose weight, because I don't want to be the fat girl anymore, but I dont know if this A works B Is okay to take because I am a minor C its expired. Do you think the side affects are worth it??? btw i took one today before lunch and no side affects.also they expired september '09...ive tried diets many many times
Need help with weight loss and diet!?
I know this is probably a clich question on here, but I need some help setting something up to help me lose weight. Between exercise and diet, I'm not even sure how to go about setting it up for maximum results. I am eager to lose weight and get in shape because I am going to enlist in the US Army and at the moment I am over weight. So this is pretty important me and any help or advice from anyone is greatly appreciated. If it matters, I do enjoy running and being outside which I'm sure is a plus. My diet is kinda lousy, but I can make any and all changes. Again, any help and advice is much appreciated.

So today I noticed I had unintentionally dropped 8 pounds about 3.5kgs . I didn't do this intentionally, but in the last month since I weighed myself I have been eating a bit differently than I used to. I've been eating a lot of turkey sandwiches they just sounded good . I usually load them with veggies, but for a period of about a week we had rolls and turkey so I would often eat just bread and Turkey. I had a few with veggies in there, and a few small meals with things like popcorn shrimp, green beans, and mashed red potatoes. I've mostly been eating things like that for the past 3 weeks or month. I can't quite remember. I've also been drinking primarily water, and only eating 2 meals a day not healthy, but it's how it just happened to fall into place for me.Only really bad thing i've had is fast food that wasn't a turkey sub slathered in veggies a handful of times in this period, and 1 soda a night. Usually not even finishing the entire soda.Does this sound like a reasonable explanation for why I lost 8 pounds?

Male. 34 years. 5'7" . 222 lbs. Body Type from waist down my legs are huge and toned think rugby player ...from waist up, my body is thick and flabby think Seth Rogen from Pineapple Express . Goal 180 lbs.I have started going to the gym for the past two months now. Four times per week. I developed a constant routine of 15 minutes of jogging 1.5 miles . Followed by using the weight machines to work my chest, shoulders, arms, abs, and legs. I am on each machine for three sets of about 10 15. This routine is done four times a week and last about one hour in total. Also, began taking a multivitamin, a pre workout called Titan Lean Pro Max which contains CGP, and a protein shake called Lean Pro Max shake serving protein 34g, 153 calories, carbs 2g I take one serving of this protein shake immediately after my workouts and also just before going to bed. After these first two months I weigh 216 lbs and am frustrated because this is only 6 miserable pounds. People can notice changes which I am not ready to celebrate as I'm really can't tell myself. They say my shirts are not as tight, my double chin is residing, and that my face is thinning out...I really can't tell yet. The one good thing that I have noticed is that's energy level is up in the days I work out What am I doing wrong? Why am I not seeing the results I want? About how long will it take for me to reach my weight loss goal? What kind of foods should I be eating? Calories? Calorie counting? Note I don't eat breakfast and rarely eat lunch I'm just not hungry . However, I do make up for it at around 4 when I have dinner and will often snack untill late at night. Could weight loss cause missed periods?
The last period I had was back in mid January of this year. So that means I've missed 5 periods in a row. Since January I've lost 25 30 lbs. I consume about 1,200 calories a day, and I make sure I get enough nutrients. I don't just eat junk food all day, and I take vitamins. I'm 155 lb now, so I'm not underweight for my height. I lose about 1.4 pounds a week which is a healthy rate. I also currently don't exercise. I'm 20 years old and there's no way I could be pregnant. So could I be missing my period because of weight loss? Do you think 1,200 calories is enough? I don't feel like I'm starving throughout the day.
